Article 1. Eligibility Of Membership - This auction site is only available to people who are legally able to form binding contracts as the buyer or seller of an auction item. People who are under the age of 18 are not eligible for membership. If you do not meet these requirements, you are not eligible to use these auction services. Becoming a user of Auctionaddic® is free, and there are no fees when bidding on auction items. There are Seller fees for using some of our additional services offered. These can be reviewed prior to listing the item on our Auction Fees schedule. Fees listed in US Currency unless otherwise stated. Occasionally Auctionaddic® may offer reduced promotional fees on a temporary basis. These promotional fees will go into effect when we post them, and are only temporary. The seller is offered an opportunity to view the final listing charges prior to submitting the auction, and at this time they can accept or reject the charges.
Article 2. Auction Services - We only provide services to people interested in selling and buying merchandise via internet auction, it is important to realize that we are not a traditional "auctioneer." . We do not have control over the items that are posted in the auction site, and cannot and do not guarantee the authenticity and quality of any product. We are not responsible for the actions the sellers takes, before, during, and after the auction, typographical errors, misprints, loss of merchandise/money, damage or failure of equipment, due to your visit to this auction site. Use of this site is at your own risk, and content is presented 'As-Is'.
Article 3. Bidding and Selling - As a user and a bidder, you know that placing a bid is a binding contract with you and the seller, and the bid cannot be retracted except where due to fault by the seller. Once you place a bid, and if you win, you will be obligated to buy the product at said bid price. Placing a bid on this auction site, and winning, then not paying for the product is illegal, and prosecution may result. As a seller, the item that you offer for bid must be authentic. Once a bid has been placed for your item (or, if you have provided a reserve price, once your reserve price is met by a bid), you are entering a binding contract with the potential buyer of your product, and you will be understood to have entered a binding contract with the highest bidder. Once the auction is over, if your reserve price is met, you are obligated to sell to the highest bidder in your auction. If your reserve price was not met, you are not obligated to sell this item. As a seller, you are not allowed to bid on your own items. If reported, your auction will be deleted. Anyone found in violation of this agreement can have their user privileges suspended without notice. You are strictly prohibited from placing bids or causing bids to be placed on any product for the purpose of artificially increasing or otherwise manipulating the bidding process on Auctionaddic® or the bid price of any product listed on the Site. No SHILL BIDDING on Auctionaddic®.
Article 4. Items for Sale - As a user and a Seller, you are welcome to put items up for sale at Auctionaddic®. There are certain restrictions on what items you may sell. You may not sell illegal merchandise (including pirated software, music, and counterfeit copyrighted merchandise), firearms, adult videos or anything that is affiliated with pornography, etc. Items that are up for bid are subject to review by Auctionaddic®, and Auctionaddic® reserves the right to remove items without prior notice, if in violation of the Terms and Conditions.
Article 5. Privacy - We gather your information solely to provide to the parties involved in your auction transaction. Personal information is not sold or rented, without your permission. Personal information sent to a user regarding a product bought or sold on the auction is not to be used for any other purpose, except for communication relating to the auction item.
Article 6. Warranty - Auctionaddic® provides this website in an 'as-is' condition, without any warranty or condition. Auctionaddic® is not liable for any damages resulting from participation in an auction or your visit to this site. Auctionaddic® also provides no warranties, express or implied, for any of the items sold at this site.
Article 7.Release - In the event of a dispute between you and one or more of the members of Auctionaddic® you agree to release Auctionaddic®, our agents, directors, officers, and employees from any and all claims known and unknown, that may be connected to any such disputes.
